The Site provides historical lottery results for informational purposes only. No account registration is required.

LottoCheck is an independent informational resource and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with:

• Mega Millions®
• Powerball®
• The Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL)
• Any state or governmental lottery authority

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Informational Use & Verification Requirement

All lottery numbers, jackpot amounts, and related data are provided strictly for informational purposes.

Users are solely responsible for verifying winning numbers with official lottery retailers or official lottery websites before:

• Claiming prizes
• Discarding tickets
• Making financial decisions

4. No Financial or Gambling Advice

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoCheck and its operator shall not be liable for: Missed winnings; Rejected prize claims; Financial losses; Emotional distress; Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from reliance on information provided.

In no event shall total liability exceed $50 USD.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to: Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawling software; Overload or disrupt Site infrastructure; Attempt to access restricted systems.

Unauthorized access may result in blocking or legal action.

8. Advertising & Future Monetization

The Site may display advertising or third-party links in the future.

LottoCheck is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party advertisers or linked websites.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration provision does not apply to claims eligible for small claims court.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. International Users

The Site is operated from California, United States.

Users accessing the Site from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and LottoCheck regarding use of the Site.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
